All custom hats and apparel are final sale since each piece is made-to-order just for you.
✅ We only offer refunds or replacements if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The customization is incorrect due to our error
📩 If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ThreadPort.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
⚠️ Please double-check your design and details before ordering. Once production starts, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
EU customers: You may return non-customized items within 14 days under EU law.
